*Student registration fees are available upon verification of student status. Student status will be verified with the following documents: a copy of your transcript (student record) indicating that you are a full-time student OR a letter from your department chair indicating that you are a full-time student. Documents must be received at the time of registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please have your method of payment ready when you register. Payment must be received at the time of registration. All registration fees are in USD.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The full Refund Policy can be found in the NDSS Symposium 2026 Terms and Conditions<\/a>. Generally, if you are unable to attend the event, you may request a 50% refund no later than 31 January 2026.\u00a0 No refunds will be provided for requests received on or after 1 February 2026, unless otherwise provided for in the Refund Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Credit card payments must be made at the time of registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express only. All fees are payable in USD.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Registration Transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All requests for a transfer of a registration from one attendee to another must be made in writing. All requests must be for individuals from the same company or institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requests must be made by 16 February 2026. Any requests made after this date will be subject to approval at the discretion of the NDSS Symposium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
